Out of a growing need to provide a systematic and coordinated operational plan for event staffing, Partner’s Security Management developed the Coordinated Event Management and Staffing system (CEMS). This system ensures that any event, large or small, follows the same systematic operational design for an effective and safe operation. It properly coordinates the staffing level to maintain proper supervision of guard personnel and resources. In addition, it provides for sufficient interaction with local law enforcement agencies and event managers.
